Coverage: Section 1 – Hull and Machinery – Not Applicable
Section 2 – Third Party Liability:
To indemnify the Assured for any sum or sums which the Assured shall become legally liable to pay and shall pay, by reason of interest in the Insured Vessel and arising out of accidents occurring during the currency of this insurance.
Deductible For Third Party Liability claims: HK$20,000 each and every loss per property liability claim and HK$100,000 each and every loss per bodily injury claim.
Limit: HKD 1,000,000.
Conditions: Institute Yacht Clauses and Institute Yacht Clauses with Racing Risk Extension Clause. As per other policies placed for HK Race Week.
Vessel: Mackay 29er, Less than 5 years old. Approx value USD10,000. Owner is Marcela Chen, based in Hong Kong.
Premium: HKD2,000.

Royal Hong Kong Yacht Club’s (RHKYC) – Middle Island. ** The boats will be stored on an island, accessible only by boat. A guard is on duty overnight, and marine staff on duty during the day to monitor movement of the boats.
